After maintaining consistent contact with one another via various technological devices for a period of four months, Duffy and Purl eventually did meet one another in person for the first time in the year 2020, at the height of the pandemic. They went from chatting to facetiming to ultimately having a discussion on zoom that lasted between two and three hours before they went to bed. Padraic and Conor, the two boys the Hollywood actor had with his late wife, are very lucky to have such a loving and doting father. Padraic is a spouse and a father, so he also has a life outside of work that he enjoys.
