Abstract :

Anouncing the International Combustion Institute Winter School (ICIWISIndia2015) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IITM), Chennai during 12th - 23rd December 2015.
Organized by the National Centre for Combustion Research and Development (NCCRD) with joint support from the Combustion Institute and Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.

Target Audience

Participation is solicited from those aspiring to pursue or already pursuing PhD in combustion, young academic faculty and industry professionals. Participants will be restricted to less than 200.

Offer to participants: Selected participants can register free of cost. Two-tier air-conditioned coach train fare for round trip within India would be offered. Foreign participants may have to support their travel up to their port of entry in India. Limited accommodation can be arranged in IITM hostels without additional charge. This will also include their breakfasts and dinners. Others may have to accommodate themselves in nearby hotels. Lunches and tea/coffee/snacks will be provided during breaks as part of the Winter School programme. The registration also includes course material and registration kit, and a technical/recreational tours.
