Abstract :

Attitude plays a very important role in every walk of life. Positive attitude not only enables a person to achieve results but also gives peace and satisfaction. In this highly interactive and participative lecture, examples and case studies are given as how some people were highly successful with positive attitude. Importance of morale is also discussed. Person having positive attitude is a good team player and with the aid of management games, the importance of team spirit is emphasized. Transactional analysis is a powerful tool in making effective communication and it’s application in general walk of life is explained with question/answer hand out. How some people knowingly or unknowingly play games because of which organizational/family coherence is affected is also explained. Knowledge of transactional analysis will definitely help in avoiding games so that our nation-building can be enhanced on WIN-WIN platform. Depending on audience interest a tool for improving positive attitude will be demonstrated.
